Don't tell fish stories where the people know you; but particularly, don't tell them where they know the fish. -Mark Twain *note that all the events noted in this blog actually occurred but might be slightly over exaggerated to enhance the story as the author sees fit.

Busy at work makes blogs boring

The last three weeks have been pretty rough. I have a gut feeling that things will slow down for me this week. I dont want to have another week of staying here till 7 three days in a row doing heat press. When work gets crazy like that I dont have extra time to write and if i get lucky and do get time to write all i can think about is work and what needs to get done. It makes for boring reading. Latley thats all i have had on the brain though.

I started up a new series of books. Something new a new genre. Instead of High fantacy which has to do with knights and kings and all of that cool stuff I picked up a Science fiction Gothic fantacy which i have never really been interested in but this book is kind of good. It started off interesting but then became a love story that i had no interest in but that only lasted 100 pages and not its to the good stuff of world domination. The series is call Wrathuthu. Its about the end of times (for mankind) and a new race is walking the earth. The new race is trying to rule the world and all that good stuff.

I went to the new mall this weekend since it was a beautiful weekend. Normally that wouldnt be a reason to go to the mall but the new one is an outdoor mall. We did some shirts for annie anns pretzles and the guy gave me a bunch of free pretzle coupons so i also went to take advantage of that. Let me tell you, getting a free pretzle makes a trip to the mall worth it. Stores that i would like to make a special mention about. I forgot the name already but there is a Board Games store that i spent a good hour in. I could have gone crazy in that store they had everything! Also the Kitchen store, there were two and both are awesome. One had all the gadgets you see on the infomercials and I bought some spatulas. What i didnt realize is that my spatulas i bought are midget sized ones. My ladle looks like a spoon! Its very funny i didnt realize i was buying minature kitchen utensils at the time but I am sure it will make for some great comedy in the future.

Last night Emerald had a show on frying. This was perfect because me and jenkins have been wanting to fry but had a few questions before me burned our new house down. I got some great recipes and cool ideas, who wants a fried oreo? I think we will save that for this friday or maybe wed.

Today is my moms birthday and i still havnt gotten her a present. I dont feel bad about this because she hasnt told me what she want even though i have asked 100 times. I hate getting crappy gifts, usually i give the best gifts and i love the feeling of giving someone exactly what they wanted. Parents are tough though because they put on the super fake thank you face. I hate that face. Later in the week my mom invited me to her Southern Comfort or something like that party. Its like a Pamperd Chef party but with stuff for all of the house. At least thats what i was told..I just plan to buy my mom something that she wants from there.

Sorry the spell checker isnt working and i dont care enough to copy and paste into word.

1. Southern Comfort is awesome. You will definitely find something for your mom's birthday there. And should you feel the need to buy me an apartment-warming gift, i wouldn't complain. ;)

2. Emerald? You mean Emeril?

3. For someone who likes to read so much you sure do have crappy spelling. Love you though! P.S. wanna read a book together again? I'm about to start the Life of Pi. I've heard it's really good.
